Bottom Bracket and Machined Component Warranty

Rotation Engineering Bottom Brackets carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that covers manufacturing defects. The warranty is not transferrable and does NOT cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. Rotation
Engineering reserves the right to reject warranty claims for damage or issues outside the warranty scope, as determined within its sole discretion. Improper installation, modification or any other altering of the component voids the warranty. Cosmetic problems are also excluded. Rotation Engineering will require proof of purchase in the
form of a digital receipt and a picture of the defect. Rotation Engineering reserves the
right to require additional documentation of manufacturing defects.

This policy covers replacement of the original part (or value of toward another Rotation
Engineering product) and does not include upgrades or shipping.

Bearing wear is considered normal and is not covered by our warranty. We do offer a
20% discount for one replacement set of bearings to all original owners of a Rotation
Engineering Bottom Brackets. Replacement discount is not transferrable.

Limited Warranty – Built to Endure

Coverage Period: 2 years from date of purchase
Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Failures directly resulting from manufacturing flaws under normal riding conditions

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from crashes, abuse, or improper installation
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Modifications or use of non-approved parts or accessories
• Racing incidents or use outside intended applications (e.g. loaded touring, bikepacking, stunt use)

Conditions:

• Warranty applies to original owner only
• Proof of purchase required
• Product must be registered via our website within 30 days of purchase

Crash Replacement Program – Back on the Road Faster

Accidents happen, but that shouldn’t sideline your ride for long. Our crash replacement program offers a discounted replacement wheelset for original owners who experience accidental damage outside warranty coverage.

Key Details:

• Significant discount on replacement wheel or wheelset
• Available once per product, per rider
• Must provide damaged wheel and photos of incident (if applicable)
• Valid for 3 years from original purchase date
